One of the worst experiences we as a couple have had! We have applied for houses to rent on several occasions. Myself and partner rang multiple times to try get an update on said houses ans applications after they said they wouls contact us and never did. Tell us landlords arnt getting back to them and days later its put on saying a house is "let". If you talk to staff they sound and look like they have no care in the world about a customer or anyone else. This is very very poor estate agents who after trying talk to a manager and being told there isnt one in it was the last time we were going be fobbed off by staff. Id never recommend anyone us this company due to how slow they are, how poor of communication and how little they care about anyone and clearly lie and fob people off with excuses just to get you off the phone!

Fantastic service from day 1. I have been in my property for 18 months and have mostly dealt with Michelle, although on the occasions when she has been unavailable, the other staff have been brilliant too. Any problems are always dealt with quickly, and communication is always polite. We have had a few issues with our boiler, especially during the winter months, and any delays is always the result of the maintenance company, not Your Move. During the application process, I had a few troubles as I am unemployed and have a bad credit history, but Your Move never made me feel bad about that like some agencies do. Michelle went out of her way to do everything she could to help me secure the tenancy, with no extras costs to myself. The best thing I can say about them is that they treat you like an individual person with unique problems and circumstances and not like a name on a piece of paper. I am looking to move to a bigger house, and I will definitely be staying with Your Move. Can't praise them enough.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Sell the property instead of trying to sell mortgages.
Contacted your move to view a property ,they arranged and all went well and after second viewing we made our offer, your move had to be prompted by a myself on nearly every occasion to return infomation ,not returning calls ,but after a week or song our offer was accepted by MOVE WITH US ,I was asked to come in and see what they had to offer mortgage wise ,I told them I was sorted but they insisted ,a week later I went after ours to your move and after about 1 hour I left thanking them but no thanks I'm going with natwest another week or so went by when I received a call saying that my offer had been bettered ,a cash offer full the full amount ,at no time did the say under offer or offer accepted ,and and even allowed viewings ,this wouldn't have happened if they had just done there job SOLD THE HOUSE ,instead they had to try and sell mortgages ,we lost the house HOW SLOW CAN AN ESTATE AGENT BE ,,VERY POOR
