Absolutely dreadful experience - DO NOT USE. The inventory was not completed correctly. They missed off items - when I drew their attention to this they said it was not a problem, and then at the end we lost out due to the bad inventory. Absolutely dreadful experience - DO NOT USE.
The inventory was not completed correctly. They missed off items - when I drew their attention to this they said it was not a problem, and then at the end we lost out due to the bad inventory.
Their maintenance department IGNORED repeated requests for a contractor to visit the property to look at a leak which eventually caused over a three months delay to fix a problem that then led to consequential losses. And cost us thousands we live overseas and were totally dependent on your move they lack of care and complete denial of responsibility led to sleepless nights, stress and poor health.
I would advise you unless you live in a modern barrett house do not use this company, they do not understand how to look after property and are only interested in the money.

Up to signing up with them, they answered all my emails questions. Once signed up any questions have gone un-answered. The only emails I get from them are the statements of the monies taken from me. What agent could do to change your mind?
Answer all emails from their clients Have one point of contact make sure at the outset that all the clients records are correct and signed off by them. always contact their client by there prefered way... eg in my case by email my contact address for info only.

It took me lots of emails to get it information onto their records, that I have a Gas Home Care from BG for maintance and safty test Certificate. I had comfirmation that this has been updated, but they still send out requests for them to arrange Gas saftey check. There is no one point to voice your concerns and every email you recieve is from someone different. They are very quick to email you if it concerns them taking a comission, anything else, you dont get any reponse.
