Absolute worst company I have ever leased my house with.
The customer service from the branch staff through to the customer care team are a disgrace.
Recently this "company" allowed a tenant to destroy furniture and belongings in a fully furnished property and have completely washed there hands of any wrong doing or compensation.
Elaine at the branch is useless I have asked her on 4 different occasions to forward on a valuation of the house that was completed and I am still waiting on it. Just want to sell the house now because leasing the property is such a chore with this company. The monthly payment from them is supposed to go in on the 14th, it's now the 16th and there is still no sign of it, hopefully it goes in before our mortgage is due out but with YourMove I don't hold out much hope.
When I initially raised the complaint I received an email back from Marion Hunter who is the area sales manager, I think she might be a robot because she just copies and pastes her generic response no matter how much you try and explain your concerns.
After giving up with Marion, I have since been dealing with Brian Moran, the area lettings director of Scotland and he has promised I will see this valuation soon, let's hope he is not as useless as his staff. I have only asked for it to be emailed, surely can't take that long.
All in all, I would advise going with anyone other than YourMove, there are plenty estate agents in the area. Save yourself the hassle.

Never have me and my partner been the sort of people to complain but this company based on my experience and by the looks of it many others is absolutely shocking. Moved into a property nearly 2 months ago now with my pregnant partner. Would be here all week if I was writing down the terrible experience we have went through. Basically took our moneyand have washed there hands with us. Moved into a property with cracked windows. A kitchen roof that was leaking with water back door handle that keeps coming off and key is stck in door which Is a security risk. Windows arent sealed right in there property. And many more. Phone head office in bathgate(not compassionate at all) tell us were not a priority despite my partner being pregnant and the house being freezing due to the cracked window in toilet (whichis realy hard to see during the day) cooker not fitted properly which is a fire hazard. They nevercall us unless there trying to sel us house insurance or asking what sky company we are with to sell us stuff, always us phoning them chasing them up. Nearly 2 months now and nothings fixed apart from the leek ( which took a week) worst customer service I have ever experienced on my first time using a letting agent. Alsoloved the little fireplacewhich was one of the main reasons we took the property and got told it works but letting agwnt didnt know how to work it just needed to ask landlord how to work it. Someone came out to fix it and said its basically condemned and needed a compltley new fireplace. The company has led me to near breaking point with there lies, rouge money grabbing tactics basically they told us we had to hand money over for a certain date and move in or we wouldnt get house, despite the house clearly not ready for someone to move in yes we viewed the property but none of the problems were visible an never got told. Would trust a kid with a bottle of vodka before I trust this.company again. Not even angry anymore as this companybhas drained both me and my partner. Just dissapointed as house has serious potential and so would the company if they started telling truth and putting customer first yes the letting agent in hamilton bears some responsibility but most responsibilty comes from head officewhich are a joke from there maintenance manager or whoever he is to every one else weve been fobbed on to.

i went with this company to sell my house. i was told by them they had people on the waiting list for houses to buy in my area. i been with them two months. i have lowered my price significantly at a loss . i have had two views one was just being noisy and other well i dont know coz no one has told me what they think. the house has been renovated in the last three yrs and cost me around £10000 to do. there was a house right across the street that hasnt been renovated in 20 yrs and that sold for the price i am looking for mine and was put up for sale at same time . to me i kick my self as the other estate agent were better at selling as they went out there way to sell there property. three times i have asked to put my house details as chain free to no avail. its as if they put signs up. stick it on the internet and let it sell its self. not pleased at all. would never recommed them i have had two other agents out to look at house and they both said they dont understand why it hasnt been snapped up. go figure
