This branch has to be one of the worst, cant comment on selling/buying property but their letting side of the business is absolutely diabolical. This branch has to be one of the worst, cant comment on selling/buying property but their letting side of the business is absolutely diabolical. They take your money and do absolutely nothing to resolve problems encountered with the property. Shower blocked, gas meter not allocated correctly, no water for 2days, tv arial not operational, all reported to the agent but nothing done to resolve issues. Tenant left to sort it out. Unable to give no stars so no choice but to give 1.

Superb service- simply the best agents I have ever encountered, which has prompted me to leave this review. Not only were the professional, courteous and patient in all our dealings with them, but the were proactive in the sale. Once we had sold there were a few holdups in the chain we were in and... Superb service- simply the best agents I have ever encountered, which has prompted me to leave this review. Not only were the professional, courteous and patient in all our dealings with them, but the were proactive in the sale. Once we had sold there were a few holdups in the chain we were in and they were relentlous in the work they did to get us to exchange. I really can't praise the whole team highly enough. This is the first time I won't resent a penny of the agents fee- highly recommend them!
