DO NOT USE THEM. The worst agency I've ever dealt with.
Weeks between replies, ignorant to certain emails, slow, stressful and shady practices. Quick to take your money and slow to give it back. Organising viewings without prior notice. Less than 24hr notices before entrances by agents. Failures to acknowledge finance related emails leading to incorrect payment amounts AND dates.
I struggled with them at every turn and I'm still out of pocket. DO NOT USE THEM.

This estate agents is obnoxiously Negligent in what they do. They will also put words in your mouth and lie constantly.

One whole year with this agency. I am truly disappointed. They do not give customers priority, rude, not willing to help with the tenancy at all. Summary:
1. showing up for a viewing on the wrong day. Basically showing up whenever they like...
2. Not helping out with the house at all (ie, if there is something wrong with the house, i have to call someone, when the agents should be the ones calling. They earn commission for what exactly?)
3. Extremely Rude Staff
4. asking for 6 months rental up front. Which as a student is way too much. I'm not a millionaire, its already expensive enough I'm studying in this country.
5. Lazy
- Upon signing the tenancy agreement with the agency, they had lost an Emailed copy of my Documents (passport etc). Didn't bother to look for it in their emails clearly so they asked me to send it three times.
6. I had more help from the landlord themselves when it should be the other way round. The agents should be the ones taking care of me.
7. Only gave me a set of keys for the front door of the house. not even a key for the individual rooms. i couldn't even lock up the house if i were to leave for a long time. i would have to go down to the agents or physically meet the landlord to obtain the keys to lock it. then i would have to give it back and rush to the airport to catch my flight.
8. Prior to the checkout date. My landlord recommended me to contact the agents to get a cleaning crew. Seeing that they earn commission, they should be doing it for me. But alas, no... "Here's the number, go do it yourself:" I had to fly 10000 miles and a month early for my checkout date. if not i could still be enjoying my summer holiday.
Overall, I would avoid this agency at costs. They are rude, quite intimidating and very not caring at all.

Don't know about services for permanent tenants, but for student let it is pathetic and unprofessional. House was filthy and disgusting when we moved in, and they subtracted money for cleaning from our depositum that I can only assume does not actually go to cleaning the house (despite us actually thoroughly cleaning everything out, so don't understand how they even need to pay for cleaners). Unfortunately there are not many properties in Egham you can avoid yourmove as a student, so they take complete advantage of students without knowledge and experience about tenant rights and with low budgets to begin with. In addition to ridiculous 12-months contracts that are only made to get even more undeserved money out of students, who mostly don't stay in housing over summer holidays. If you're able, avoid Yourmove Egham at all costs.

A mid-term visit to check on the property insisted we use the bathroom's extractor fan to prevent mould or we would be liable to charge - no such fan existed in the whole property (and in fact we had notified the company of the mould issue some 4 months prior).
The landlord has switched agencies, and at the end of our tenancy Your Move felt warranted to withhold most of our security deposit - when contested, they conceded almost all of this, proving (at least to me) that they were perfectly aware that what they were doing was wrong and illegal.
My other tenants and I are currently in the process of taking them to court - if you are considering renting, avoid (particularly if a student) as they feel obliged to take advantage of you.

After the hell your move has put us through, I honestly would love the place to catch fire. After receiving this shocking news, we of course tried to get in contact but they refuse to respond to our countless emails, calls, and don't even get me started on what inbred idiots are in the actual office. We are taking them to court. I encourage everyone to steer clear and if you find yourself taken advantage of (you will) join the countless others in court.

Words cannot describe how horrific our tenancy has been with Your Move. They're complete idiots, to the point I'm sure my pet rabbit could do a better job than them. The double book, they don't tell you someone is due to the house, they don't get anything done (the rat in the wall wasn't a matter of urgency apparently - it could have waited a week!!!!). They couldn't run a property if they tried! Our landlord has actually moved the propertt to another agency now!! The inventory man (who was double booked - shock horror!) was 100% unfair, and blatantly lied as we weren't present (because we were there at the original planned time!!) ... We have spent over �500 on the property ourselves due to their incompetency. I urge everyone to steer clear of these complete doofuses. I am now put off renting through an estate agent for life. Your Move are total rip off merchants.
