Carol and Meghan of the YourMove Dundee did a fantastic job of getting me a beautiful apartment owned by a lovely landlord.
They always responded to my mails promptly and calmed my anxiety about settling down in UK.
Carol promised she will get me the apartment and she did! I'm very grateful.
It gets better, I was handed a welcome pack with the keys to the apartment.

If you are a landlord bear in mind that if you want to hand a notice to them they will charge you full month’s rent for each property. It’s worth shopping around as there are other agencies that don’t do that. Also the agreement with a landlord regarding the... Read Full Review

If you are a landlord bear in mind that if you want to hand a notice to them they will charge you full month’s rent for each property.
It’s worth shopping around as there are other agencies that don’t do that.
Also the agreement with a landlord regarding the notice period is unclear and vague. It seems to me that it’s been done on purpose so that you won’t realise there is a hefty exit fee.

Comments on Agent Fees
Anything more than £1.00 would be expensive. Basically any seller wishing to sell in Dundee best stick to other estate agents. In fact, you would probably have more chance of selling your property by word of mouth than these guys.

Very poor customer service. They have an email address for contact, but fail to respond in a timely manner - I had to send a few email to get information about a property I was interested in.
A few email exachanges later (after a complaint email from me), I asked to view the property, and they still haven't come back to me. I feel soory for the owner of the property - it was surveyed two years ago...and after my experience with this branch I can see why the proprty still hasn't yet been sold...
