If I could give a lower rating I would. Never use Your-Move to manage your rental property. The letting management team have zero communication skills and they use the most unreliable service team to do work on the properties. If I could give a lower rating I would. Never use Your-Move to manage your rental property. The letting management team have zero communication skills and they use the most unreliable service team to do work on the properties. I have waited a month to get a reply to an email, I am trying to cancel my full management service with them and they are not responding to any emails/calls. Every time I call I am speaking with someone new who has no information or power to do anything about the cancellation. I feel they are dragging out the process to gain more profit and it is just not acceptable. I have waited over 5 months for a boiler to be serviced. The worst company I have ever dealt with.
