I saw a very beautiful house in Wigton, Cumbria, offered to take it without viewing - that how much I loved it. It is on the market for £450, so I easily could afford it. the lady - Carole- said I had to book a viewing, so I did. two weeks later I came all the way from London specific for the house. I had my friend with me, who has the right to remain and will get his british passport next year. (He came as a refugee to the UK). The plan was that he would stay with me - single woman- and then see if he likes it or not. So I thought the right thing to do would to add him to the contract. When we saw the house we loved it, went to the office to provide our IDs (I am Austrian btw). the moment my friend showed his ID, the lady there - Claire- came up with a story, that there will be an other viewing, but she will let Carole know how much we loved it. So on Monday I called the office and Carole lied through her teeth that the landlord prefered the other couple as they were working locally and didn't have a dog. During the viewing we actully met the landlord, he wanted us to go ahead, he had a dog and had NO PROBLEM whatsoever with us having a cat- he even suggested where to put the catflat. AND the HOUSE is still on the market - so we were distriminated due to race and religion which is against the law.!!! When I told carole The house would be more for me- she offered two more houses- which just proved the fact that they are racist! My friend is Jewish so they are also antsemitistic! DON't DEAL WITH THEM- Racists!!!!
