A very poor quality service, bunch of liar running this business. They will lie to you of anything and once you in the property they will black mail you of energy thing. Completely incompetent. I emailed, left a voicemail, called again and when i eventually got through I was given completely in accurate information. I was also told I'd be called back and was not. Tenancy incorrect and price reduced without my consent. Tenants left owing 5k in rent arrears. They refused to leave at end of contract and were advised by this branch they could stay on the same wrong monthly rent. I had to serve notice and go to court at my exspense. They stayed for 6mths... They came into my apartment, which I'm renting, without any written or verbal notice (note that they are supposed to give you 24h written notice upon arrival).
