I am just about to move into my new house and I can honestly say that Your Move has made this process as painless as possible. Every question I needed answering (& let me tell you, I am rather needy,) was always patiently answered. Anything I needed them to do, call my seller, my buyer, anyone of the solicitors was always attended to.
They explained the whole process at each step for me in layman's terms and I was never left in the dark about anything.
They got me the very best amount for my house and got me an even better deal on the house I was buying! This is the first house I have bought and sold in 20 years and Dan and Karen held my hand throughout.
I can not recommend these guys enough for all their help.

It has been almost 6 months since I got the offer on my place. The agent Derek has been really slow in following up the purchase and hence the exchange has not happened yet. I am frustrated by his behaviour that he is not replying to my calls and messages anymore. I can see similar reviews for this ... Read Full Review

I can see similar reviews for this company, I wish I had done some research before signing off with this agency. I suggest you look some place else and avoid this agency.

Stay away - absolutely waste of time and really bad service at the highest level. All the care about is getting paid, your requirements for a tenant find-only IS NOT a priority - I will not recommend them… bad communication between landlord <-> agency <->... Read Full Review

What a waist of time and efforts. I wish I can turn the clock back and never contact these people again. Nearly three weeks and not even one viewing. He reduced me house price and now I can't ask for the wright price again.He said this would not be the selling price, just a carrot !!!... Read Full Review
