Very pleased with your move and would highly recommend, I have recently used your move to help me let my property. It was Liz who assisted with the majority and also louise who kept me up to date with their progress. I got a good vibe from Liz when I first met her and she helped me achieve the highest rent possible and assured me that they would fund a suitable tenant very quickly and she did this within a few days of the property being advertised. She kept me updated along the way and I was extremely pleased with the service I have received will definitely be using your move again.

Professional, friendly, staff at the Barnsley branch.. Jess was the agent who looked after our house sale and honestly, I couldn't recommend them or her higher. We have a bad experience with the first estate agent we tried, so I was quite cautious on choosing 'Your Move'. This uncertainty was soon laid to rest due to the personalty and professionalism of Jess and her colleagues. From putting our house in their hands it sold in 7 weeks, again I can only thank them for the good work.

The only thing Yourmove are interested in selling is their fee-incurring services. They certainly aren't bothered about selling property.

Once their salesperson has got you to sign up to their glossy package, they are frankly not interested in anything but your money. They published details of our property a week late, full of errors that, although quick to fix should never have been there in the first place (and wouldn't have been, had we ever been given the opportunity to proofread) and what's more - despite the fact we were already paying extra (and partially upfront) for some 'premium package' that didn't include professional photography. That should've been our first clue something was amiss.
No emails, no updates despite repeated contact of a disgruntled nature, practically zero activity of any kind and completely disorganised and disjointed in their approach.
They can't even handle complaints right - their 'customer relations' personnel exist only to patronise and strong-arm, and scarcely even bother to read complaints. They don't bother to make contact to clarify the situation or conduct any sort of investigation. They aren't even quick about getting around to demanding you cough up - which is basically all they do. They couldn't give a toss about their company's image, or addressing failings or even admitting that there were failings. All they care about is your money. Actually, that'd be a better name for the company: YourMoney.
After months of rigmarole I got them to knock some money off the 'enhanced marketing services' - which should be called 'SFA' instead. I accepted this 'amicable settlement' mostly because I have more important things to do with my life. I know that's what they're banking on, so well played.
Only use this company if you want to throw your money away. They aren't bothered about the job and are a combination of bone idle and money grubbing.
I suppose I should be grateful - Yourmove have taught me to avoid estate agents like the plague. Once bitten, twice shy - I'll sort it out myself from now on.
