Complaints Procedure

All Winkworth Franchised offices are required to be members of The Ombudsman Services Property for sales and lettings, which demonstrates the confidence we have in the service standards across the network.

Each business is also encouraged to be licensed by the sector's main self-regulatory organisations. These are the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the National Approved Lettings Scheme (NALS).

Winkworth Franchising Ltd is a founder firm behind the SAFE agent initiative and have provided practical and financial support in establishing the SAFE kitemark.

All Winkworth Franchised offices that have affiliated with NALS or one of the other recognised industry organisations will be able to register in support of SAFE. The purpose of the initiative is to raise consumer awareness on the benefits of using a letting and management agent that subscribes to a Client Money Protection scheme (CMP).
