The agents handled all of the viewings of my property, keeping me well informed every step of the way. They worked very hard to ensure that every potential buyer had all the important details of the house and were serious buyers. They were instrumental in getting me the best price possible for my house. The communication with the agent was superb and I felt they went out of their way to help and guide me. The Winkworth team (especiailly Ahmet and Marcelle) were excellent, in stark contrast to the experience we had with our selling estate agents. They were proactive, diligent and kept the lines of communication open at all times. Fees charged were industry standard. You may find other agents offering 'reduced' or 'cut price' fees that are cheaper and you should ask yourself why and I think instructing the best agent is not something to skim on. You get what you pay for and the team at Winkworth N13 offer a premium photography service, along with the best marketing strategies and probably the best database of buyers to pitch your property to.

John was the agent we dealt with while buying our property. He was always professional and especially good at keeping us updated with the current status in the remainder of the chain. We had a very problematic vendor who was slack, rarely got back to anyone and caused problem after problem. Leila was super helpful in liaising in all matters with the sale and really drove everything forward. She was fantastic at liaising with the seller, his solicitor and ours. She was regularly available on phone and email and actually seemed to care, something rarely found in estate agents. I would highly recommend her...

I was very satisfied with the service I received. The costs were not the lowest but the service was excellent and we sold for more than the asking price so it worked in our favour. The service was excellent. My girlfriend and I purchased our first flat with the help of Leila. As first time buyers we didn't really know what we should be doing at any stage of the process! We bought a property with Winkworth and Leila was our estate agent. We cannot say enough positive things about how hard Leila worked to ensure we got the property we had set our hearts on. It was not an easy sale and more than once it looked like it would fall through. But Leila pursued the vendors and after a lot of negotiating we got the property at the the price we originally offered.
