I sold and brought a house this summer in Forest Hill with Winkworth and they were professional and responsive each step of the way. My agent Andre, always answered the phone and chased any issues we may of had. I would certainly use them again....

Unreliable in every aspect from pinging over an initial email with contact details to returning calls and even worse not turning up to scheduled appointments. No apologies or explanations and this is from their manager Jo Carter.
