One of the worst companies I have had the displeasure of renting with.
Multiple issues with property reported, no support or work done to fix these. Aggressive tone during communication and threatening messages nearing end of tenancy.
No help when tenant accepting section 21 worked to get a new property in place and was refused earlier date of vacating.
Absolutely terrible, selfish company with a complete lack of support.

I recently sold my property through Winkworth in Sleaford. The sale was hampered throughout due to this agency. The buyer purchased my house as a buy to let and Winkworth lettings were going to manage that let on completion of the sale. The agency's loyalty clearly lay with the buyer, as they were future customers and enabled them to delay the sale to find a prospective tenant. Our property was empty and winkworth only held the keys to show prospective buyers around, it was not to enable someone who had not yet purchased my property to allow prospective tenants to view it. I found out through her solicitors that the sale was delayed until tenants were found. The whole experiance with this agency was less than satisfactory and i am still awaiting information from them that they are refusing to give. Phone calls are never returned.

I emailed from rightmove to arrange a viewing and they didn't get back to me for a few days, I emailed again as I had heard nothing and the email I received to arrange a viewing was rude and abrupt and as a first time buyer, without even seeing the property I felt I wouldn't want to go through this ... I emailed from rightmove to arrange a viewing and they didn't get back to me for a few days, I emailed again as I had heard nothing and the email I received to arrange a viewing was rude and abrupt and as a first time buyer, without even seeing the property I felt I wouldn't want to go through this agent to buy a if this is how the treat new customers. They did chase to get feedback but didn't ask any info as to what property I was looking for to see if they had anything else or to let me know if anything was coming up.
