My current point of contact is Jessica Sule who has been proactive in keeping me informed of any issues, and has shown common sense and pragmatism in her dealings with me and with the tenants. The quality of interaction can vary as staff turnover seems fairly high in the property management department , so it’s appreciated when you do get a strong point of contact. The lettings sales team are very strong, Thomas Street has been outstanding. No dead time in over 7 years with Winkworth, so can’t complain there.
