Dreadful people, symptomatic of many in this sector but these people really take the biscuit. Rude, condescending, don’t return calls or acknowledge emails and generally downright terrible to try and deal with. One particular individual personally was bordering offensive to me and caused... Rude, condescending, don’t return calls or acknowledge emails and generally downright terrible to try and deal with. One particular individual personally was bordering offensive to me and caused me a great deal of upset. What they don’t know is 30 years ago I sold a property through this firm and they earned a significant fee from me. They never even asked if I had a previous experience with them or why I chose to contact them. These people don’t care or take any time to understand. I praise good service and reward exceptional experiences but if my experience is any measure of how they treat people then there are no words to describe such an appalling outfit. If you’re thinking of renting a property with these people, really, don’t bother. You’ll be treated as a third class citizen.

I placed an offer on a property in October 21 along with a number of other Winkworth clients. From my very first interaction with Debbie, my later engagement with Dan and the specific sales progression provided by Lorraine was fantastic. Indeed Lorraine went the extra mile to facilitate discussion between my solicitor and the buyers solicitors when we appeared to reach an impasse. In summary I cannot fault the Winkworth team, they were caring, engaged, helpful and professional. I thoroughly recommend the team and will certainly use them again should I decide to move home in the future.
