I would not recommend this renting agency to anyone. My experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. They are charging outrageous amounts for rent, far more than the property is worth, and they have been completely unresponsive when I’ve tried to get clarity on why the costs are so high.

I would not recommend this renting agency to anyone. My experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. They are charging outrageous amounts for rent, far more than the property is worth, and they have been completely unresponsive when I’ve tried to get clarity on why the costs are so high.
On top of that, they’ve held my full deposit without any valid explanation and refused to communicate properly. Getting in touch with them is almost impossible, and they never arrange meetings with the landlord, even when it's necessary. Overall, this agency is unprofessional, overcharges, and lacks basic customer service. Avoid at all costs!

I went to this property agent reading other reviews on here. But i am certain that these are FAKE reviews by themselves. They told me to have a viewing on a Monday, i took the day of from work and then they said oh we have moved you to Wednesday without informing me. And then when i took a day off on Wednesday again they said that the landlord has decided to go with someone else. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH AND ENERGY WITH THEM.

Winkworth Kingsbury estate agents has been a delight to work with. We dealt personally with Shilpa & her team and she always went above & beyond for her clients.
She has kept us in the loop every step of the way and helped us when required. She has never failed to stay in contact or be reachable should we want to talk.
Our property purchase with her has been amazing and the service she has given us has been nothing short of fantastic. This is an estate agent I would 150% recommend and always go back to.
You know that they are treating each person individually and creating time for you personally.
We have had dealings with other estate agents from other agencies within the area and nobody compares to the way in which Shilpa and winkworth dealt with us.
It honestly was amazing and we cannot thank her enough for everything she has done to enable us to fulfil our dream & purchase our first property.
Whether you are buying or selling a house, I would always recommend winkworth, after personally dealing with them for our purchase.
