in my humble opinion the fees do not reflect the amount of work involved in this purchase. ie they earn a lot of money for not a lot of obvious work. [i realise that not all properties taken on by any one agent get sold by that agent, but i don't like the idea of subsidising non-deals.]

We found them to be more than fair for the service provided the only one complaint I have it that the keys weren't available and having done everything right everywhere else it just seemed like the last detail wasn't looked after. This was however rectified as soon as they could.
