This part of the reason the agency got a 3 star rating, I got quite the run around while applying to rent this property. I was not advised to bring ID with me at the meeting which resulted in my name being mistyped. In order to correct this mistake that was due to no fault of my own I was asked to pay an additional fee on top of the initial one. I do not feel this was fair treatment.
