Well what can i say that hasnt been already William Brown couldnt sell a dolls house without messing the sale up i had an offer on my home and was told it would only take 4 weeks to go thru 5 months later it was still going through .The main reason being lack of communication. They never ring you to let you know how your sale is going then they said there had been ovehey r 20 viewings they only told me of 8 When you do finally get through they never listen just preach they never talk ...

Diabolical customer service. Refused to forward an offer to vendor unless I came to see their in house mortgage adviser. As soon as you tell them you do not want mortgage advice, and are not interested in the £1000 buyers incentive, (which involves you using their mortgage service and conveyancing), things turn sour. Was told I was being difficult because I would not come into branch for mortgage advice there and then. Never have I had an agent refuse to forward an offer. Wm H Brown are no...

Put our new build on the market with William H Brown on about the the 20th january, it is now the 11th of April and I still have no "for sale " board up. I have phoned them, left them emails, and still nothing has been done about it. I find this really odd and disturbing, as if they cant be bothered to do that, what do they actually do sell the house. When was given the check of the apartment I was not given access to the electric or water meters for reading, even after pointing out that it was a legal clause in the contract I was still denied access to the Electric meter for over a year! I was never provided with a Energy Performance Certificate for the propety. Well what can I say?! Absolutely unprofessional, disgusting customer service. We had a visit by Johnathan who came and valued the property at an agreed price, he also mentioned their \'superfabdab\' online voice over which dramatically increased viewing figures at an extra £200. Great, what more could you ask for? This service was apparently applied to their website and others within 48 hours, or so we were told. 6 weeks after continual chasing and a whopping one phone call returned ...

I contacted William H Brown 5 weeks ago to inform them the tenants were giving 6 weeks notice. I asked them to market the property as before, using the same details, in order for new tenants to move in within 1 week of them current ttenants leaving. I checked online after a week or so, and couldn\'t find the house so rang them. What agent could do to change your mind?
All I have wanted is for reasonable efforts to be made to find a tenant to take on the property. If there were any difficulties or problems eg gaining access, or getting paperwork, I would have expected telephone calls instead of silence. If all the stops were pulled out and tenants were found this week it would be the only way that I would be remotely satisfied
