Whitegates managed my property for two years until October 16th this year, when Debbie Taylor the franchisee cancelled the management of my property after I sent them an email complaining about charging me for their inept book keeping, in the fact that they charged me for paying money back to the tenant after the tenant allegedly paid in too much rent! I am writing this review out of sheer anger to the way in which I have been treated by this Whitegates in Walton. I am a Landlord and I asked Whitegates to find me a tenant and manage them whilst living at the property. * I paid them £200 for them to find me a tenant, however i was left to show all potential tenants around the property. * I was only notified 2 days before my tenant was due to move in, that they would be moving in. *Not to be rude and bitchy with customers. *To make payments on time *To keep to there word *To keep all parties in the loop on what part of the process they are at *Not to discriminate against people based on age *Work on their customer service skills
