Would give zero stars if possible. Drove all the way from Manchester to view a house in Stoke-on-Trent with a toddler and 5 year old in tow. No one answered at the property and Whitegates didn’t answer the phone either. They never called back either to explain about the appointment not ... Read Full Review

Would give zero stars if possible.
Drove all the way from Manchester to view a house in Stoke-on-Trent with a toddler and 5 year old in tow. No one answered at the property and Whitegates didn’t answer the phone either. They never called back either to explain about the appointment not going ahead.

I would like to thank Adrian and Aimee for their efforts in selling my mothers house and my fathers bungalow in less than 12 months.
My parents died last year and we where left to deal with their estate and with Whitegates professional help we managed to get on with our lifes after a bad start to the year.
In my veiw a smaller company will work twice as hard to gain a sale and we are glad we used their services

I was very pleased with the service I received from Whitegates. The response to my enquiries was swift and the sale was dealt with professionally. I was particularly impressed by the fact that Adrian took such care over the photographs, ensuring that the property looked as good as it could - even moving items to ensure the best possible image. Within one month, two viewers had been round to see the property and within two months I had a buyer, Adrian was excellent at communicating issues and information and I was very happy with the service I received.
