Do not rent from whitegates*. When you leave they try take money from your bond when you have clearly taken care of the property. * Charge £60 every 6 month to check property for landlord and supposedly tenant for any problems but do nothing. They are all for the landlord not the... Read Full Review

Very poor service, stay away from Whitegates in Keighley, they fully manage 2 of my properties, I asked for costs/quote for a job and completely ignored me, then I received an unexplained bill to pay for a call out charge WTF ?!?! I am now moving to YourMove next door to them as the so called manager Michelle is not willing to sort the situation and they'd rather lose me as a long standing customer!
