Avoid. Terrible Property Management company just forward emails to Directors, don’t visit site or even get to know the area they are managing. Even allow directors to over rule budgets. How unprofessional. Don’t seem to have a clue and are rude to residents....

Obviously disappointed to read your review and complaints of this nature, whilst extremely rare, we take very seriously.
As you are aware our client, for the development where you live, is the Residents Management Company (RMC). We act on the instructions of the Directors of the RMC, who agree the budget & make decisions, on behalf of all residents. The Directors (your neighbours) are extremely happy with the services levels and advice we have provided.
