AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They don't reply to emails, they don't reply to calls and they didn't even turn up to the last viewing! Our original agent was replaced with the branch manager and he was just as useless. Never again...

Preposterous, but sadly still not uncommon in the market. Especially given that they are charging the landlord for effectively the same service.

Being upfront and honest, this is a poor start for future potential customers leaving little faith. Room for improvement in customer service and experience.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have listened to our individual case and could have acted more professional, as opposed to being rude to me and putting down the telephone.

I was interested to read this very inaccurate review by Mr Street. Any landlord has the right to decide who lives in his property and on this occassion Mr Streets application was not accepted. When informed of this Mr Street became very agressive and abusive a behaviour which is not tolerated by myself or my organisation.
