Where do I even start. They lied to us and to customers who potentially wanted to buy our house! They had no excuse why. I went to court over how Wards treated me,altering contracts when they got back to the office to increase commission,no customer service,lying! I went to court over how Wards treated me,altering contracts when they got back to the office to increase commission,no customer service,lying!
But because I was locked into a contract I still have to pay for the stress they gave me.
I've sold 5 houses in the last 14 years and have never seen any thing like Wards Sheerness.
Remember you have a choice,don't use Wards.

I am working for an organisation who have recruited an overseas employee. Laura has been a great help when arranging viewings and has been very polite and professional.
Unfortunately, I had to change the schedule a few times for factors I could not foresee but Laura was very helpful in ensuring we get the time and date that best suits our needs.
Our overseas employee will be viewing the properties today and hope that she finds a lovely property to begin her time on the Isle of Sheppey.
