I am a 1st time buyer from the BAME community. This is both a review and a thank you note to Stacey of Ward and Partners for all of her help, her problem-solving acumen and her never-say-die attitude. I lived in a rented house with my family in a lovely part of Gravesend but had always dreamt of owning my own house. I shared this vision with Stacey and she was very honest about what was possible. For a number of reasons, we needed to search beyond Gravesend and at this point, I panicked because the average "fairweather" agent would have abandoned their client and left it there⦠but Stacey continued to support us albeit remotely, almost like we were siblings! She made phone calls, followed up on enquiries, and was always there as a valuable sounding board. Today, we are proud owners of a cosy 3 bedroom house in a nice part of Kent and we owe it first to God and to his angel, Stacey. I hereby recommend her and will use her service over and againâ¦

I was then advised by Stacey to book an appointment with Louise from Mortgage Matters, who was very friendly and convinced us to use them and Martin Tollhurst solicitors. There is no way we would have been able to find out everything Louise told us on our own and I believe that is why the whole process went so smoothly!

I am completely impressed with the service I received at the Gravesend branch. Despite quite a big issue from the seller, which delayed the process, everyone at Ward & Partners made us feel very safe and ensured us they were going to do everything they could to get us in the house as soon as possible, and they did. They were quick to respond with any concerns we had and always contacted us the minute they heard any new information. I couldn't fault the service.
I would highly recommend using Ward & Partners, especially the Gravesend branch. I will certainly use them in the future.

Throughout this trying process of house-hunting I have found Stacey's help invaluable. She keeps in constant contact with me even when I am viewing a property from another branch. Firstly, I requested a valuation. Ward & Partners were the first to respond. Geoff Livermore came out and we were astounded. To be truthful we were expecting an annoying salesman but he was honest, truthful, helpful and due to his approach we decided to continue with Ward & Partners with our re-mortgage. Geoff gave us good ideas that we hadn't considered and I made an appointment to see Louise Stevens. Louise too was very helpful, taking the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and then showing me my options. My re-mortgage is currently going through with no hitches and Louise has been easily contactable all the way through, even to the point that I needed help with some forms so dropped into the branch unexpectedly and she stayed late to help me. She has gone beyond the call of duty in my opinion. I do not usually write reviews but feel Louise and Geoff deserve the recognition for being professional and caring and an asset to Ward & Partners. I now have no worries in recommending Louise to my 3 nephews for mortgage advice.

The Ward&Partner agency is helping so that your dreams come true. I was looking for a long time for a house that will be for me and my family, and because of them I found my dream house. In the agency I met really profesional sellers, which really helped me to buy a house. Mortgage advisor Louisa Stevens choose a really good bank offer for me. In this property there are really friendly and helpful people. I recomended everyone to use this property if you are buying or renting a house.

Having previously had my home for sale for nearly a year with a different agent I had started to become disillusioned with the whole idea- as it seemed the occasional viewing and low offer was all I could expect, however Wards and Partners were recommended by a friend who had used them to sell her property.
From the off I was impressed with Lisa, her friendly and relaxed manner, whilst very knowledgeable. I found the selling fees were much lower and their approach was different too. Tools to market my property in the clearest and best light were as standard, for example floor plans and professional photography, and not an additional expense.
Lisa also spent time finding out why I had enjoyed living in the property for so long and whilst when looking for a property to purchase these can become dull to read but quite often contain small nuggets of information that will help a buyer imagine living there- and certainly not as dull as reading about the houses plug sockets, light switches and radiators!
When I sit and look at the brochure from Wards and compare it to the previous agent the difference is clear, Wards managed to show the house for what it was and I know which of the two would get me round for a viewing!
And not just me, as prospective buyers agreed, with lots of positive viewings and an asking price offer from a ready to go buyer after just 2 weeks.
Unfortunately this fell through but knowing the chain had been complete Geoff put it back on the market and we had 3 asking price offers within 2 days! It was more than I believed the property would sell for so as you can imagine I was extremely impressed
Communication from the whole team at the gravesend branch was excellent, friendly and helpful as well as an Internet account where I could keep an eye on what was being done, arranged viewings, feedback, offers and more besides
My experience was wholly positive and I would fully recommend selling through gravesend ward and partners

Fantastic service provided by all at Ward and Partners Gravesend. We actually bought this property from them 2 years ago as well. They provided such a good service then that we went back to them to sell our property. We received offers from day one and within 4 weeks had accepted an offer and sold our house. Deana in particular was a fantastic help progressing our sale. Deana was always easy to contact and managed to get answers where solicitors could not. We couldn't appreciate her help more. We will definitely be back in contact with Ward and Partners if we go to sell our next house. Thank you everyone who helped us.
