I think Wards play unfair tactics to obtain the highest price for their vendors - they are not upfront about anything. They ask for best and final offers, but then leave the property up for longer waiting for better offers to come along. I wonder how many early offers actually make it to the vendor ... I was recommeded Ward and Partners from a friend who rented her flat out through them. She was very pleased with their service and with Matt in general. I have to say i wasnt dissappointed.
