Kept in regular contact re how the house was marketing and the publics opinions on the property feedback basically and make me feel that they were actually doing something to sell my house

Respond to viewing requests Respond to written complaint Respond to my preferences and not with what suits the agent to show me Don\'t waste my time on properties nowhere near my criteria Don\'t send duplicate marketing texts and emails that I asked not to be sent Don\'t send out of date details of houses no longer available Don\'t promise you will call back and not bother Adopt a more professional and customer service focused attitude

Customer service is very important to Ward and Partners and it is disappointing but thankfully unusual that a valued client feels dissatisfied with any aspect of the high level of service we provide. For the record and due to many inconsistencies with the facts of the case we feel it appropriate to comment in response to this blog. The tenant failed to return the property in an acceptable condition, irrespective of our comments, the landlord has the final say due to this being a company let, falling outside of the protection of the various housing acts and tenancy deposit protection regulations. As such the tenants deposit was held as Ò€œagent for the landlordÒ€. Ward and Partners ...
