Hi Sarah - As an opening, if you have read reviews you will note I have a very different experience of being managed by Walton and Allen Property Management Limited. We (I speak for a few people) are intrigued by your comment. You say W&A took over your building several months ago and it has been nothing but smooth sailing. Up front fees are reasonable. Its the hidden extras that they use make it so expensive. Our agreed budget was circa £125,000 and they charged us £256,000

Dear Christine. Thank you for leaving another review for us. The Directors of the building (who are not part of W&A) were made aware of all extra costs/works outside of contract when they ordered them. We would suggest speaking to them directly to understand why the costs went over budget. ...

Hi there, thank you for leaving your comments. Although you didn't leave a name we rarely receive negative feedback and feel we can pinpoint the property. To address your points, initially your property was not ready in time due to the previous tenants and we reimbursed you for a hotel. During this time maintenance was carried out including a full redecoration and new carpets.
