0 stars, poor service. Half way through the transaction they told us they have higher offer! House was off the market. Do not use them people, will save you frustration and anger we are feeling at the moment....

Monika, thanks for your comments however may I remind you that we are legally obliged to put all offers forward to the owner of a property no matter when that offer is put forward. The current buyers viewed the property before you had even taken a look. No viewings went ahead after your offer was accepted.
I appreciate your frustration we are simply working in the best interests of our property owner as they are the ones who pay our fees.
Ultimately all decisions are theirs which I am sure ...
