David, Many thanks for your comments and of course we take on board and carefully consider all feedback. In this example the post sale process may have felt longer than expected due to the delayed decision by the vendor, which as mentioned by you did change after the sale was agreed, however the entire process took 4 months which is not an unusually long period of time.
