Thank you for taking the time to post the review, I know we have spoken about this since you posted the above but wanted to confirm here that you were not overcharged. The solicitors overpaid us and we returned the additional £250 to correct their error. We correctly invoiced the right amount that they should have paid to us but they made a mistake in paying us too much. Fantastic price in comparison to high street agents. I was a bit apprehensive as sometimes I only truly believe you get what you pay for. Therefore couldn't understand why Up Estates package was so cheap compared to other agents. I was proved wrong as I received great service from the whole team. No hidden extras either!
