Cant thank Tiger enough. This is the first time we have sold a house. Although we encountered some hiccups along the way Michelle was always quick to resolve and keep us informed. I am not planning on moving for a long time again but if i do i will happily come back to Tiger....

Very helpful from start to finish. What i am told is the most stressful time turned out to be an extremely pleasant experience thanks to all the staff at Highfield Road. Would definately recommend to a friend....

Our property was substantially undervalued by the Manager but fortunately we decided not to accept his suggested selling price. The office did not keep us informed and if we wanted to know anything, we had to 'phone them and then they rarely called us back. We will sell our next property ourselves and avoid the fee....

I am an owner of a building and Tiger Estates contracted a sign company to place a sign, however the sign was placed on the wrong building. Despite approx 10 calls to Tiger to ask them to remove the sign keeping in mind they have screwed it to our building causing damage they still have not removed the sign. There have been a number of excuses as to why they have not removed, no apology for miss placing the sign or disruption to our service/ business through people thinking we are closing/ movin...

What agent could do to change your mind?
When notifyed the sign was on the wrong building they should have removed with in 24hrs and made good any damage to the building or offered an appoligy and compensation for damage to building and our standing with in the community/ professional reputation. They should have offered to call me back not have me chase them.

Hi Liz, I can only apologise regarding the issue with the board being installed at the incorrect property. We have informed the contractor on numerous occasions and I have took a copy of the screen which shows we have responded proactively once we received notification that the board had been installed in the incorrect position.
