What agent could do to change your mind?
When notifyed the sign was on the wrong building they should have removed with in 24hrs and made good any damage to the building or offered an appoligy and compensation for damage to building and our standing with in the community/ professional reputation. They should have offered to call me back not have me chase them.

Hi Liz, I can only apologise regarding the issue with the board being installed at the incorrect property. We have informed the contractor on numerous occasions and I have took a copy of the screen which shows we have responded proactively once we received notification that the board had been installed in the incorrect position. Unfortunately, we do use a board contractor and are not responsible for the positioning of the boards. However, I agree that the board contractor should have respo ...
