Fees overall are reasonable and competitive. I would say if anything a little bit above average cost. I wouldn't mind seeing them reduced slightly and in my case and others like me or recurring clients potentially having reduced fees for returning loyalty.

When considering the results, the fees represent good value for money. I would never ever recommend Purple Bricks or Tepilo to anyone based on my experience. A good local agent like Thomas Morris makes all the difference and removes all the associated stress.
