Huntingdon area guide
It is a lively East Anglia market town located eighteen miles North West of Cambridge. It lies on the banks of river Great Ouse. One of the most famous Huntingdon residents was 4th Earl of Sandwich, the ingenious inventor of ‘the sandwich’. It is a picturesque town that offers great walks by the river, country parks, golf courses and fitness facilities. If you are interested in racing, visit the Huntingdon Racecourse.
