I would HIGHLY recommend using Thomas Merrifield. They are honest, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. What we like about TM over other agents is that they are proactive and keep you up-to-date every step of the way and nothing is ever too much. We bought our house through them and were so impressed that we have just sold through them. They managed to get us multiple offers and a buyer within 3 days and the house didn't even go on the market! If you are looking for a easy and pain free process ...
