You were fortunate to get 15 mins. my viewing slot on a property was reduce to 5 mins. due to a overrun and the agency rep. wanting to rush off elsewhere. When I tried to point out how unreasonable this was, his curt and dismissive response and attitude to me he was downright rude and hostile. I checked myself, as at the time i thought this actually warrants a smack in the face, you ignorant and self-centered 'prat'.
