Thinking of moving to Stirling?

It is a great place to live because of Stirling`s central location, historical background and new developments. It is a very popular city for students, families and young professionals. University of Stirling plays a big role in attracting many local and international students. This increased the demand for rental shared apartments and student housing. Stirling has a rich history and has the legendary William Wallace monument which is the most recognisable landmark in Scotland. You can find many designer and high street stores situated along the Thistle and Marches shopping centre. Many city centre streets have a wide variety of unique independent shops, boutiques, trendy bars and restaurants.

Stirling boasts a perfect balance of historical and new built residential houses and flats. Most popular places to buy or let property are around University of Stirling and Riverside for working professionals. Dunblane, Bridge of Allan and Causewayhead are the most popular places where families reside due to the short proximity to many private and public schools. Stirling is situated in the perfect location to reach Scotland's Highlands. If you have to commute to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Perth by car or public transport that will only take an hour.

What agent could do to change your mind?
If the agent would have responded to us regarding our complaints, rather than just sending us a "notice to quit" and taken it seriously, we could have worked something out.
