Living in Milngavie

The town is best known to be a starting point of the West Highland Way, the long-distance walking challenge to reach Fort William. Most of the population living in Milngavie are daily commuters to work or study in Central Glasgow. The main public transport connection is the Milngavie train station. Today it serves as a dormitory suburban area of Glasgow with mostly residential properties for families and young professionals. Stone villas and semi-detached houses were built for rich citizens commuting to the city centre via railway in the 1860`s. More housing has been constructed after the World War II bombings and since then there has been a large addition of new developments of bungalows and semi-detached homes. If you are looking to buy a house in Glasgow, Property Bureau can help you find the best fit for your needs. We also offer residential flats to rent in Bearsden, Milngavie and surrounding regions of Glasgow.

Sadly I have nothing positive to say about Property Bureau, who I am currently renting my home from. Avoid at all costs. They will not fulfill their legal responsibility as a letting agent to provide accommodation that is water tight, heated sufficiently, and functioning to ...

As you can't give a rating of 0, 1 will have to do. My flatmate and I stayed in a property listed with property bureau for over a year and a half. Throughout that time we had constant emails, phone calls and hassle from the agents at ...

They've never attended repairs. After I informed them I will be vacating the property in summer, they decided to ask us to move out on 31st March 2014. A property that was unfurnished and no photographic inventory provided, they decided to with-hold £1500 deposit of ours. The ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Be there for both tenants and landlord. Help the tenants more (when it comes to property maintenance) - they are the middleman between the tenant and landlord but they clearly failed.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Acknowledged problems, attempted to fix them, left the flat in a reasonable state (it was disgusting) and not expect it to be in a better state when keys handed back (although it was by far). Not be so blatant in cheating the tenant out of the deposit and by sticking to the terms of the lease agreement.
