Giuseppe Ventura is lying and cheating man. He has not paid a lot of my money he is very unreliable and untrust able. He rented my property from me for many years over the years not once did he pay my rent on time. I gave him my property in an imaculate and spectacular condition but he returned it to me in a very dirty and in hygienic state! Dreadful. Absolutely dreadful. These are by far the worst agents I have ever dealt with. Initially started off decent besides the ridiculous extra charges they added onto the deposit (I won't get into that), but after a few weeks of living there they began to ignore calls, emails and texts about various issues around the property. Dear All, Please take time to read this post. I was a tenant of this company. They were very nice with me at first saying how easy it is to rent a property and the have no hidden charges and the rent is low in the area. A LOAD OF BULLSHIT!!!! LANDLORDS and TENANTS BEWARE!! Apparently they pay all the bills, but WE RECEIVED LETTERS WARNING OUR SUPPLY WILL BE CUT OFF IF THE (AGENCY) CONTACT DOESN\'T PAY. What landlord wants to risk that?!!? What agent could do to change your mind?
What could the agent have done to change my mind? Be respectful of both my time and money. I\'ve had to move out because of circumstances outside of my power, took very good care of the property and could have looked for another room within their database, but chose not to because of the appalling attitude! Now I\'m experiencing myself their greed for any profit off my back. I hope my reviews helps other tenants wake up and not rely on their awful service and immense lack of effort to give a basic, reliable customer service.

I am renting my property through them and regret every minute of it. these people are rude and dishonest. they never pay rent on time, have damaged my property to cram in extra bedrooms and are incredibly rude when they do bother picking up the phone. stay away!...

they never rent paid on time, owe me a substantial amount of money and I am currently taking them to court to recover it.

Landlords: beware of New World Accommodation (NWA) too There are a number of tenant reviews on NWA on various forums but I rented a property out through NWA and I really wish I hadn't. The key issues I have faced: 1. NWA collected rent from the tenants but didn't, and still haven't, passed that rental income on to me. 2.
