Awful, awful experience with this company. I would beseech any other landlord to not use them. I had a good valuation with the lettings manager, and decided to take them on. From there it was down hill. the staff, even in management capacities are rude ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Work for the landlord not the tenant where appropriate Be gracious in the face of a complaint Not threaten or bully customers Be more concerned with repeat future business than short term financial gain
