Considering this agent is the largest in the area, it seems they take customers for granted. staff dont seem to know much about the properties they are selling, non existant customer service, Mr Taylor can talk the talk but unfortunatley cant walk the walk. Offices set in the 1980s with technology to match. Come on taylors pull yourself together, very dissapointed in their overall performance considering i had a ‚£400,000 budget, cant understand why you are the peoples choice, must be the newspaper advertising

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
