Although I paid the fee upfront at a reduced rate, given the poor service and the failure of the agent to make any attempt to sell the property, as stated above it is a complete waste of time and money.Attached Filesnbsp;

This matter has now been resolved. We do not take any criticism lightly and have discussed the comments raised with the client direct. We mutually agreed that it would be in the best interests of all concerned to remove Jennifer's property from the market immediately. We are disappointed to hear that although Jennifer received regular up-dates she was unhappy with our service. Have had very poor service as a landlord. Do not return calls, fail to carry out tasks within agreed timescales. Failed to renew tenancy agreement on time, then signed tenant up at the wrong amount. Still waiting for them to resolve the issue after 1 month....
