From the outset Taylor and Wood have provided a very poor service. On many occasions when I have visited the estate agents to obtain an update, the paper folder could not be found and only after an extensive search around the office was the folder traced. They do not provide regular updates, in contrast to other agents, of any interest shown in the property. I have been obliged to call the agent for updates on any possible interest on the property. What agent could do to change your mind?
Although I paid the fee upfront at a reduced rate, given the poor service and the failure of the agent to make any attempt to sell the property, as stated above it is a complete waste of time and money.

This matter has now been resolved. We do not take any criticism lightly and have discussed the comments raised with the client direct. We mutually agreed that it would be in the best interests of all concerned to remove Jennifer's property from the market immediately. We are disappointed to hear that although Jennifer received regular up-dates she was unhappy with our service. May we take this opportunity to wish Jennifer and her next estate agent every success with the sale of her property.....

Have had very poor service as a landlord. Do not return calls, fail to carry out tasks within agreed timescales. Failed to renew tenancy agreement on time, then signed tenant up at the wrong amount. Still waiting for them to resolve the issue after 1 month....

What agent could do to change your mind?
Be more pro-active with tenants, remember that it is the landlords that pay you the fees, sort things out quickly when you make mistakes

My partner and had made arrangement with this company to move a property in Mottram. We arrived at the property just before the agreed time, however the agent turned up 20 minutes late. This representative of Taylor and Wood did not apologise, nor did he introduce himself. We proceeded to look round the property and had a few simple and routine questions we would\'ve liked to ask such as the parking available. What agent could do to change your mind?
. Introduce themselves . Turn up on time . Answer basic questions . Have information on the property . Do not say you \'hate working weekends\' or ask the customer \'to hurry up\' due to your next appointment.
