Rude agents on the phone. Interrupt the customer speaking. Try to talk over you. No customer service training there. When called out said you interrupt us we interrupt you. No if you cant do people skills go get another job......

Try and avoid Sutton Kersh at all costs, when first going to view the property no one turned up to show us around (should have been the first red flag) and instead we where shown around by the tenants, naively we still rented the flat ...

Ridiculous, three tenants moving into the property and they had the audacity to try and charge us for a third set of keys after paying a £125 additional applicant fee
