I gave them two properties to manage. Both had rules of no pets. Both properties were let with tenants who had pets due to lack of checking by Surelet. Both properties suffered damage, but was not reported back after their periodic checks. renewals were supposed ...

We had to pay an additional ‚£239 to move in 9 days early which they had calculated wrong anyway. And then when we paid the Money they asked what it was for? Very poor Service from start to finish.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Been more efficient when dealing with problems (6 months is not a reasonable time scale!). Educated their staff regarding basic customer service and people skills. Had the courtesy to actually communicate with the customer. For example, by informing them when maintenance/servicing needed to be performed on their property rather than just giving the customers mobile number out to random tradesmen Being much more transparent and open about the nature and extent of their fees (in addition to reviewing whether the fee is actually reasonable in the first place!)
