Agents fees are a joke, They use other leases as a "template" with errors relating to other leases. When I raised this they told me that you only read the first part, not the back part. These amateurs have no understanding of contract law

Crystal Palace office is not good to deal with. I live next door to a property managed by SA. Rubbish is piling up in the front garden. I have had numerous contacts with SA via e-mail (never replied to) and phone (calls rarely returned). They make promises about coming to clear the rubbish bit it never happens. A bad experience altogether. More concerned with who is going to pay for the rubbish clearance than with actually getting on and doing it. ...
