The agent fees were very high compared to what I have paid previously. However, Joel has been the best estate agent I’ve dealt with so the fees were definitely worth it

I went for a special offer rent and manage deal initially, but in the end decided I'd prefer to manage it myself - so I didn't get a special rate but good enough I think

We found the fees (£200 per tenant) to be high compared to what we have previously paid but the process was swift and easy so it was worth it. It's also worth bearing in mind that fees have been rising across the board so our previous experience may not be too relevant.
